A Critical Resource for Enhancing Clinician Well-being and Driving Transformation in Healthcare In the end, “Ripple of Change” is not just a book – it’s a call to action. It challenges us to reassess and reform our approaches for the well-being of our clinicians, who are the backbone of healthcare. Let’s not forget: when we take care of our clinicians, we are taking care of our patients too.

Beautifully written!! These unlikely coauthors weave jokes and anecdotes through the story of how our healthcare system became so murky, and what it will take to find clarity.

Ripple of Change emphasizes the quadruple aim, with physician satisfaction as an aspect that is integral to health care but is typically ignored. As a fellow author of a book on health care, much of what has been written here strikingly and sadly rings so true to me. This book provides a well written personal view from both a physician and a patient with humor and humanity, without losing its more serious message. I highly recommend it.
